Baked Cauliflower

Baked Cauliflower is definitely my favorite side with dinner. Its funny saying that now, 10 years ago I would’ve scuffed at the sight of veggies. Now I eat them almost every day. I didn’t realized I liked vegetables much, until I started going to the Farmers Market. A person truly can’t beat fresh vegetables.

Whenever I make vegetables, I add a lot of seasonings, almost everything I make has a lot of seasonings. Its amazing how different seasonings, can bring out so much flavor in a dish. Mark is HUGE on flavor and was the one who taught me how to make something taste even better. Salt and Pepper are the top two seasonings that really bring out flavor.

This recipe pairs really great with just about any main dish. I prefer to make this Baked Cauliflower when we are having a nicer meal. You can also substitute the bread crumbs with pork rinds to make this a low carb dish.

I have found that when cutting up veggies, having a good set of knives is important. In this recipe below, I recommended the knife set that I used when cutting up my cauliflower. I have fallen in love with this set and would love for you to take a look at it. Please let me know if you have any questions!

Notes

Bread Crumbs: I prefer to make my own bread crumbs, but store bought will work just as good. When I make my own I toast some bread and than I throw it in my magic bullet to turn it into crumbs. I than just put them in a container and use them as I need.

Seasonings: This recipe is just an estimate on how much seasonings I use. You can definitely use more or less, as you wish.
