I love when I think of things to make, with things I already have inside my fridge and pantry. This last Sunday, I was invited to a Ladies Deck Brunch at a friends house and was asked to bring something to share. Time was tight and I didn’t think I would make it to the store in time. No worries though, because I found a few things in my pantry that I knew would go good for a little finger snack!
Simple really can be better! This snack isn’t anything extravagant but it sure tastes delicious and is quick to put together! Below I will show some step-by-step pictures as well as a full recipe at the bottom. Be sure to check it out!!
What Do I Need?
This snack only requires 3 simple ingredients!
- Cucumbers
- Whipped Cream Cheese
- Everything Bagel Seasoning
How do I prepare this snack?
Lets keep this nice and simple just like the title says. Slice your cucumbers and set aside on a piece of paper towel. Dab the cucumbers with a dry piece of paper towel, soaking up any moisture that comes out of the cucumber. This helps the cream cheese stick!
Once you have dabbed the moisture, with a knife, top each slice of cucumber with your whipped cream cheese. Place in your serving dish and sprinkle with Everything Bagel Seasoning! VIOLA! Its really that simple! I would never lie to you!!

Simple Cucumber Snack
Ingredients
- 2-3 Mini Cucumbers Sliced
- Whipped Cream Cheese
- 1 tbsp Everything Bagel Seasoning
Instructions
- Slice up your mini cucumbers and set on a dry piece of paper towel. Using another piece of paper towel, dab any moisture from the cucumbers.
- Using a knife or spoon, spread as much cream cheese on each cucumber slice, as you wish. Place cucumbers on your serving plate/dish.
- Lastly, sprinkle your everything bagel over the top of each cucumber slice. Add more or less, as you wish!
- Place in the refrigerator until you are ready to serve!
